The Vision & Mission

Established in 1996, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS-WISDOM) offers Management Programs deep-rooted in Indian Ethos & Indian Management, and nurtures women leaders with problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. The vision of FMS-WISDOM is to become such a unique management institute of the world that emphasizes more on consciousness and divinity-based business management. Rooted in the Vidyapith's ideology of Panchmukhi Shiksha, the institute contributes towards the steadfast leadership of the country by developing women leaders who would play an active role in the management of organizations and institutions, shaping the entrepreneurial landscape, and the development of the society in accordance with the nation's spiritual and cultural heritage.

New Paradigm of Management Education

Vidyapith's management education paradigm is rooted in the following key themes:

1. A synthesis of the spiritual values of the East and scientific achievements of the West.
2. Management as a combination of the rational-analytic and intuitive-holistic approaches based on the following equation: W = R + I (Wisdom = Reason + Intuition)
